Last week UKOA's Knowledge Exchange Coordinator Dr Carol Turley took the issue of global ocean acidification to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change 20th session of the Conference of the Parties (UNFCCC COP20).
The multiple stressors of acidification, warming and deoxygenation were highlighted in Peru through a series of talks, interviews and events, as well as exhibiting the Hot, Sour and Breathless message.
